Art & Chill Club

The Art & Chill Club teaches students to practice mindfulness skills to create calm environments, cultivate self-awareness, live in the present moment, proceed with mindful intentions in their decision-making, and contribute to a more peaceful community. The club does this in its weekly meetings through traditionally guided meditation practices that apply the concept of one-mindful focus, which helps students focus on various creative arts activities that allow them space to express themselves and visualize. The Art & Chill Club is currently facilitated by David Pease.
